Job Title: Freelance Foreman or Assistant Site Manager

Start Date: 7th January 2019

Rate: Negotiable depending on experience



A main contractor require a Finishing Foreman or Assistant Site Manager for their project in Liverpool.

This £20m project includes the construction of a three-storey extra care scheme. The client is looking for a Freelance Foreman or Assistant Manager to work on the internal fit-out.

There is a minimum of 3 months' work and the position does have the potential to be up to 11 months work.

You will hold a valid SSSTS or above and a CSCS card is preferable.
