Job Title: Freelance Site Manager (New Build Residential)

Location: Liverpool (L21)

Rate: £23 p/h

Start date: ASAP

Length of assignment: 1-2 weeks



A privately owned and highly reputable 5* national house builder are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to help with year-end completions for the next 1-2 weeks.

They have a total of 1,100 employees nationally and build approximately 2000 units per year.

They have a great ethos and strong values within their business that is portrayed through every employee and I have personally witnessed this on site with the quality of employees and the build.

My client has a great management structure and are very forward thinking. They value their employees which was demonstrated during the recession when they retained all of their employees whilst recruiting top end talent. In addition, the company has a very low staff turnover.

My client has offered a number of hard-working freelance Site Managers permanent opportunities with the company and with an increasing number of sites there are further opportunities like this available for the right candidates.

You will need to hold the relevant qualifications for the role which include CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid. You must have recent and substantial new build housing experience and must be able to prove that you have successfully managed large scale volume housing developments by providing references.
