Job Title: Site Manager (New Build Residential)

Location: Preston (PR3)

Rate: £23 p/h

Start date: Monday 24th June 2019

Length of assignment: Ongoing (temporary to permanent opportunities)

A privately owned regional housing developer with a well-established reputation for building outstanding quality homes are currently in the market for a contracts manager to join their team in the North-West.

My client have an excellent reputation within their marketplace and have a turnover in excess of £40 million. They have a number of new sites starting and are experiencing steady growth, hence the need to recruit another Contracts Manager into the team.

This multi-award winning volume house builder pride themselves on the exceptional customer service and top quality homes they provide.

My client is looking for a dynamic contracts manager who strives for excellence, who is results focused and hands-on in their approach to work.

Having met with the client I can vouch for the friendliness of the Construction Director and the rest of the team.

My client will consider candidates who have existing Contracts Management experience within the housing industry but would also consider outstanding Site Managers who are looking for the opportunity to step up.

You will need to hold the relevant qualifications for the role which include CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid. You must have recent and substantial new build housing experience and must be able to prove that you have successfully managed large scale volume housing developments by providing references.
