Job Description
Job Title: Freelance Site Manager (New Build Residential)Location: Congleton (CW12)
Rate: £23 p/h
Start date: Monday 17th December 2018
Length of assignment: 1 week (Monday to Friday)
A reputable privately owned UK volume house builder are currently in the market for an experienced Freelance Site Manager.
My client is a national house builder who have been established for many years and currently have a turnover in excess of £50 million. Many years of experience has made them specialists and a leading force within their market place. They are currently extremely busy and will soon have a total of 26 live sites across the North-Wes and require holiday cover for 1 week (Monday to Friday).
You will need to hold the relevant qualifications for the role which include CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid. You must have recent and substantial new build housing experience and must be able to prove that you have successfully managed large scale volume housing developments by providing references.
