A privately owned house builder are currently in the market for a Freelance Site Manager to manage one of their social housing jobs near Wigan.

To be eligible for this position you must have experience as a Site Manager within the new build housing sector; you must have a proven record of successfully delivering housing schemes on time and to a good standard. You will be able to provide recent and relevant references

You must also hold a valid CSCS SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
