Job Title: Site Manager (New Build Residential)

Location: Wilmslow (SK9)

Rate: £23 - £24p/h

Start date: Monday 8th April 2019

Length of assignment: Ongoing (temporary to permanent opportunities)

A privately owned regional housing developer with a well-established reputation for building outstanding quality homes are currently in the market for a Freelance Site Manager to join their team in the North-West.

My client have an excellent reputation within their marketplace and have a turnover in excess of £40 million. They have a number of new sites starting and are experiencing steady growth, hence the need to recruit another Contracts Manager into the team.

This multi-award winning volume house builder pride themselves on the exceptional customer service and top quality homes they provide.

My client is looking for a dynamic contracts manager who strives for excellence, who is results focused and hands-on in their approach to work.
