Job Description
Job Title: Freelance Site ManagerContract Length: 1 year
Location: Wirral
My client who are a small developer in the North-West are looking for a Freelance Site Manager to manage the build of their upcoming development on the Wirral.
The successful candidate will need to manage this development from start through to completion which will take approximately 52 weeks.
This project is 13 traditional build, 3-storey apartments.
Rate of pay is circa £23 per hour and the scheme is due to start in July 2019.
You must hold a valid CSCS card, First Aid and SMSTS to be eligible for the role.
You must also have experience of managing similar projects to be considered for this vacancy.
