Freelance Supervisor

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit Freelance Site Supervisor for a temporary job based in Manchester.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Supervisor is vital to supporting the Site Manager ensuring the relevant trades complete in a systematic manner to keep on track.

My client has a number of small work internal refurbishments to complete within Manchester.

General refurbishments up to £900k.

You will be working sometimes within a live environment supporting the Site Manager with the day to day management of on site labour.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of Tradesman
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Drive and challenge subcontractors to successful completion



The hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Start date 3rd Junr- my client is looking to start interviewing for the position week commencing 20th May..

You MUST have SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

You must have small works experience
