Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Fund Monitor to join their team in Central Manachester. They are a SME consultancy firm working across the construction sector working with a client list that includes small private owners through to major multinational businesses. They are a foreard thinking, smart and quality focused consultancy.

The suitable applicant will have worked within a consultancy previously in a relatable role, such as Quantity Surveying. As a Fund Monitor you will assess project costs, development programmes, procurement route, design documentation, status of statutory applications, compliance with regulations, project cash flow and build costs.

Fund Monitor Position Overview

* Assess the project risks for funding institutions
* Verify project costs and assess the development budget
* Verify the development programme is achievable
* Review procurement routes and building contract proposed
* Review the level of design documentation
* Review the status of applications and approvals
* Ensure compliance with the Construction Regulations
* Review the projected cash flow for the scheme

Fund Monitor Position Requirements

* Completed a relevant degree (RICS Accredited)
* Worked within a relevant position for 3+ years minimum
* Experience in project monitoring
* A background in consultancy Quantity Surveying would be suitable
* Office based in Manchester, but projects Nationwide and so will be expected to travel regularly
* Full UK Driver's License

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £65,000 per annum depending upon experience, plus a flexible working environment.
