Job Description

National Property Consultancy currently recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor in their South Manchester Office.

My client are an extremely well known property consultancy who are looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to their growing team. They have a proven track record in training their Graduates, who at the end of their APC are brilliant, multi-disciplinary surveyors. They ensure that their graduates gain the full skill-set; professional and project based building surveying roles and are client facing at an early stage and are encouraged to develop their business.

The organisation work with a range of clients, working on some fantastic projects in the past couple of years and ensuring that their brand continues to grow. In the Manchester area, they are extremely well-known and have a brilliant reputation for their high-quality surveying staff.

The ideal candidate will be a Graduate Building Surveyor with at least 1 year of experience working in the Residential Property sector. The role in question will mainly include working for Residential, Education and Helathcare Sectors.

The range of duties that you will be trained in include:

* Pre-Acquisition
* Contract Administration
* Building Defects
* Project Management

The salary on offer will be around £18000 - £23000 depending on your level of experience. The organisation would be looking to assist the chosen candidate through their APC as soon as possible.
