Regional Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor in their growing Head Office.

My client are a Consultancy working around the North West with a wide range of clients in the Residential, Commercial, Education and Retail sectors. They are growing rapidly as a result of a continued increase in workload and are now looking for another Building Surveyor to join their experienced team.

The organisation have a great team ethic, being an small organisation, they work for each other to ensure that their clients receive the best service possible.

Their office is situated in an extremely picturesque area within Cheshire. There are a multitude of amenities and various shops, restaurants and businesses nearby to keep you occupied on your breaks.

They require a Graduate Building Surveyor who has experience of working on AutoCAD. They have a proven track record in training Graduates and are happy to allow this continue by giving the successful candidate all of the assistance and training that they require.

The salary will be negotiable but will likely be between £18k - £25k depending on level of experience.
