Head of Asset Strategy and Delivery

Job Description

We are currently working with a National Housing Provider who have a new opportunity for a Head of Asset Strategy and Delivery working full-time, on a permanent basis covering the North of the UK. (Manchester Hull and Carlisle)

What will you do?

As a fundamental part of the Asset Strategy and Delivery function for the Group's Northern region you will develop and implement a strategy, ensuring a clear vision, high level targets, business drivers, priorities, and associated risks are identified, implemented and continually reviewed.
You will lead a small regional team to effectively deliver asset management services that are sustainable, represent best value and deliver promises made to customers.

Day to day

Your key responsibilities as Head of Asset Strategy and Delivery will include:
* Taking the lead on behalf of Asset Services for the Group's Retirement Living Investment Programme.
* Oversee the delivery of the stock rationalisation strategy within the region.
* Develop, implement and review the strategy for the regional Environmental Management offer
* Oversee the delivery of regional asset programmes including disrepair works
* Manage the regional Asset Strategy and Delivery budgets


Does this describe you?

You have strong leadership and communication skills having previously led successful teams at a senior level.
Your knowledge of complex asset management functions is outstanding having previously demonstrated your experience.
Though not essential, you have preferably worked in social housing before.
