Job Description

Our client are one of the UK's top 5 house builders. Carrying a 5 star rating rating, they have a fabulous reputation for delivery high quality and extremely desirable family homes, throughout the UK.
Owing to growth - such is the busy nature of the housing market in recent years - they're now looking to add an additional level of senior management to their departments; one such being a desire to add an experienced Customer Care Manager to their dedicated and experienced Customer Care department, for their Lancashire region.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Care for the Northern region, you'll be responsible for providing leadership to the customer care team comprised of office & operations manager, Administrators and Maintenance Technicians, whilst maintaining a close relationship with the build & sales teams, working on key strategy to further improve the end home-buyers experience.

Ultimately, success in the role would ensure the Customer Care service offered to customers, is provided within company guidelines, group standards and relevant procedures, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and maintain the companies wider reputation.

This role would be ideal for a existing Head of Customer Care in a volume house building environment, a highly experienced Customer Care Manager with high exposure to leadership and key strategic issues for maybe a smaller house builder. Alternative Senior Management & leadership experience in other Customer Service settings would also be considered, for the right applicant.
