Job Description

The successful candidate will join the organisation for a period of 6 - 12 months to manage their £18 million planned maintenance programme

Our client is looking for a candidate with the following experience

* Contract Management within Social Housing Maintenance
* Managing programmes of £10 million +
* Experience of overseeing an in house DLO
* Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness
* Strong people management experience
