Job Description
Health and Safety AdministratorWarrington
My client a successful nationwide construction contractor are looking for an experienced Health and safety administrator to join their team based at their North West head office.
The Health and Safety Administrator will be involved in audit administration to maintain the company accreditations and collating records.
Duties
* Carrying out internal audits focusing on the Quality Management System
* Keeping accurate and up to date records and data in relation to energy and waste management
* Supporting the QHSE Manager, as requested
* Creating QHSE reports
* Recording and addressing Non Conformity Reports (NCRs)
* Attending Health and Safety meetings and taking minutes
* Reviewing the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management systems alongside the management team
* Dealing with the different teams across the company to ensure agreed actions are dealt with and addressed
Knowledge and Experience
* Quality Administration experience is essential
* Keen interest in learning and developing within a Quality, Health and Safety role
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
* Strong IT skills including Excel
This Health and Safety Administrator role would suit candidates currently working within the construction, engineering or manufacturing industries as an Administrator or similar.
Salary £23,000
Permanent
38 hours per week
