Health & Safety Manager

Liverpool - £65m Turnover Groundworks Sub-Contractor

Package £50,000 - £65,000 + Package



The Company:

Our client is a leading name in the Housing Groundwork Sector, operating with a turnover circa £60 million per annum.



They are based office wise within Merseyside and operate within the North West region, working with some of the best residential developers. This business has an excellent reputation and their staff retention is exceptional. People join this business and stay there for long periods of time as they are paid well, treated well, developed and have the opportunity to work on excellent projects. It will be your responsibility to oversee works being carried out while making sure standards and procedures are being maintained. Your role will report directly to the MD of the business.



Requirements: To qualify for this role, applicants need to have worked for a groundworks subcontractor in a similar or in this exact role. Basic qualifications such as NEBOSH will be required and due to the working area, individuals will need to be based in or around the North West.



As our client is looking for long term / permanent employees, they also look for longevity of employment in applicant's CV's, so please be aware that if you have moved jobs regularly, that will be a disadvantage.



The Salary: For this position we are targeting individuals looking to earn anywhere from £50,000 to £65,000 per annum.



Specific salary will be negotiated on a case by case basis with experience and suitability taken into account. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered; travel allowance OR company vehicle in addition to standard benefits.
