Housing Officer

Job Description

A leading Housing Association in North Wales are currently looking to recruit a Housing officer with allocations experience.

Experience in tenancy and estate management, preferably in the social housing environment is therefore required, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ideally you'll have a proven track record in all aspect of tenancy and estate management such as anti-social behaviour, supporting our most vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies by referring to the right agencies, dealing with tenancy breaches as well as identifying and implementing estate improvement works.

You will be expected to travel as part of this role so a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
