Job Description

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager /Assistant to work for a growing Construction Company in Cheshire.

Your role will be to act as a liasion between the company employees and Directors ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.

* Some guidance and putting into place HR policies.
* You will also support our HR policies, processes and relevant documents, post job adverts, coordinate interviews and contacting candidates.
* Assist with day to day operations of HR functions.
* Compile and update employee records.
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training, grievances.
* Properly handle complaints and grievances procedures.
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
* Conduct initial on boarding with newly hired employees.
* Liaise with recruitment agencies and produce detailed job descriptions to source suitable candidates.

Requirements

Proven experience within HR

PC Literate

Excellent communication and organisational skills

An ideal candidate for this role will hold an academic HR background familiarity with the construction industry would be an advantage.

The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR candidate to come in and put their own stamp within the organisation.

The company have grown their turnover from £8million to £55million and offer a competitive package and benefits.

Salary will depend on experience.
