Job description:

Salary: 30,000-35,000 plus vehicle.

20 days, holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

Location: Office Based in the North-West with UK wide travel.

We are currently looking for a confident, responsible supervisor to oversee our Internal Wall Insulation activities throughout North West region, but also at times UK wide. Working flexibly from our Office in Birkenhead, ensuring installations are installed safely and technically compliant, by providing regular on site and post installation supervision, achieving compliance with associated accreditation bodies. Duties:

Compile surveys and carry out audits and inspections, ensuring works are delivered compliantly and on time, whilst managing costs and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Supervision of Operatives. Ensuring Health and Safety, and Environmental compliance on site.

Maintenance and completion of all job-related documentation and administration.

Communication with all parties involved ensuring expectations are understood.

On site problem solving and prevention, providing a calm and logical approach to completing delivery.


Required profile:

What we need from you: *Experienced Supervisor with emphasis on Quality and Health & Safety *A full understanding of PAS2030 and BBA guidelines for the installation of internal wall insulation *A full understanding of external RICS approvals and sign offs. *Able to manage insulation installers and develop stakeholder relationships with contractors. *Able to deliver targeted outputs on wall insulation *Ability to negotiate. *Agile to various scenarios and changes in scheme plans.
