Social Housing Maintenance Company recruiting for a highly competent joiner based in Liverpool.

Our client is a Social Housing Maintenance company based in Liverpool on their behalf we are recruiting for a highly competent joiner. This job is based on a temporary contract working for Building Careers UK.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Working on extension builds.
* 1st, 2nd and final fix.
* Any other duties when required

Candidates applying for the role as a joiner must have a previous experience and the relevant qualifications. CSCS card is essential. Candidates must be able to provide two verbal references to be considered for this job in Liverpool.

This job is on a PAYE basis. Rates are negotiable depending on experience.
