Job Description

The role:
Accounts Assitant, working within the accounts team and assisting both the Senior Accounts Assistant and Credit Controller, based at our Head Office in Skelmersdale.
Key responsibilities:
- Large involvment with Credit Control
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Process Sales Invoices
- Dealing with queries from External Clients
- Processing expenses and checking receipts and totals for accuracy and feeding back to employees on any discrepancies
- Printing invoices and statements and keeping it tidy and ordered
- Keep accounts drives tidy and ordered
- Use of Excel
Profile:
- Excellent phone manner
- Positive and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent time keeping
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- A Team Player
- Previous experience is desirable
