Land Manager - House Builder

Job Description

I'm exclusively working with one of the country's most successful developer construction company that require a Land Manager to join their team.

Based from their North West Office, with regular travel to sites, the role involves sourcing land for forthcoming developments, negotiate 'off market' site purchases with owners and agree terms, overages, source land titles and ownership and provide support to Managing Director to develop strategies, policies, procedures for land development.

They are ideally looking for an Land Manager preferable with qualifications to a level of NVQ 5/ Professional qualification or equivalent experience and must have land development experience.
