Managing Quantity Surveyor - Housing

Job Description

Our client is an award winning, forward thinking business, dedicated to delivering high quality Residential and Construction schemes across the North West. They have a full order book for the next 5 years.

They currently require a commercial manager or snr QS looking to make the step up, absolutely needs new build housing experience in open market and social housing, with ability to run a team of QS`s.

Responsibilities include reconciling, checking & authorising sub-contract payments drafted by the QS's, and drafting & issuing of monthly applications for payment with the various Clients.

Maximising value recovery through variations and the likes wherever possible. Also, ensuring that work packages are correctly procured by creating bills of quantities from take offs developed by you and the team, for sending out for pricing to our supply chain.

Salary is £Neg + benefits for right person.
