Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Up to £65k Per Annum + benefits

Amazing opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to work for a multi-disciplined regional sub-contractor working across sectors including education, residential and commercial property.

About the Role

Our client is a regional M&E sub-contractor with a turnover in excess of £10 million with an expanding office network who place an emphasis on the training, progression development of each member of staff. As the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor you will work from their Manchester office. Responsibilities will include post contract duties; mainly mechanical however electrical experience is advantageous.

About You

The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial office, hospitality & education. Since you'll be working closely with the MEP lead and team members as well as clients it is key that you have strong communication skills.
