Multi Skilled Joiner

Job Description

We are looking for Multi skilled Joiners to work on Social Housing properties on day to days and voids in the Wirral area

* Candidate will be working on social housing properties
* Completing refurbishments of void properties on behalf of the local authorities
* Responsible for all aspects of joinery including hanging doors, repairing skirting and architraves and other works
* Completing other associated works including tiling, patch plastering, and basic plumbing

The successful candidate should have:

* Full UK driving licence - transport provided
* Timeserved/NVQ or City & Guilds in Joinery
* Asbestos Awareness
