Job Description

Multi Skilled Joiners needed in Warrington We are currently working alongside a social housing contractor who has an opportunity for Multi-skilled Joiners looking for immediate starts.

In these roles, there will be potential to have responsibility for delivering work in the following areas:

* Working on kitchens & bathrooms.
* Working to a high volume work rate.
* Aids and adaptation work.
* Planned works to social housing properties.
* General Plastering, tiling, Joinery duties when needed.
* 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
* Required on a week by week basis.

Skills and Experience required:

Adaptation experience is advantageous

Social housing experience is preferred but not essential. If you have experience working in tenanted properties this will be beneficial as you will be liaising with customers and clients. A valid CSCS card along with relevant qualifications will be required. A Full UK Driving License is essential and Asbestos awareness is preferred.
