Job Description

Building Careers have an excellent opportunity for a Multi - skilled worker to work on a small housing site.

Successful applicants will be able to work well as part of a team and have an excellent work ethic, good communication skills, a clean and tidy appearance, as well as excellent organisation skills.

Must be multi-skilled in some of the following construction disciplines:

* Patch plastering
* Painting
* basic snagging
* basic joinery

Requirements:

* CSCS Card
* Proven track record
* References

40 hours per week with option of weekend work

Negotiable pay (hourly rate) depending on experience.
