Job title: NO1 Site Manager

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Circa £55k + competitive package and a leading car allowance

A privately owned house builder have an exciting flagship development in Liverpool for which they require an experienced hands-on Site Manager.

You will work alongside an assistant site manager and a trainee site manager and the site has potential to be an award winning development.

My client have an excellent reputation within their marketplace, have a turnover in excess of £40 million and are currently experiencing huge growth.

You will manage a traditional build development of 70+ traditional build units in Liverpool. This flagship development is a mix of 4 - 5 bedroom houses ranging from 400k to 650k open market units for private sale.

My client is offering a competitive package of up to circa £55,000 basic salary plus package benefits and a great car allowance. Package benefits include;
