Job title: NO1 Site Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: Circa £55k + competitive package and a leading car allowance

A National Housbuilder has an exciting development in Manchester for which they require an experienced hands-on Site Manager.

You will work alongside an assistant site manager and a trainee site manager and the site has potential to be an award winning development.

You will manage a traditional build development of 150+ traditional build units in Manchester. This development is a mix of 2-3 bedroom houses ranging from 150k to 350k open market units for private sale.

My client is offering a competitive package of up to circa £55,000 basic salary plus package benefits and a great car allowance. Package benefits include;
