Salary: Circa £55K plus an industry leading car allowance and package

A housebuilder who are currently in the market for a Site Manager to manage a flagship development in Merseyside.

My client is a house builder who has been established for many years with an annual turnover of around £100 million.

Many years of experience has made them specialists and a leading force within their market place. They have an expanding portfolio of work and are experiencing huge growth and success.

My client will offer the successful candidate a competitive basic salary of up to Circa £55k plus a market leading car allowance and package and additional package benefits such as company pension, healthcare and 33 days holiday per year including bank holidays.

To be eligible for this position you must have experience as a Site Manager within the new build housing sector; you must have a proven record of successfully delivering large housing schemes on time and to a good standard.
