Site AdministratorManchester
Part time
Two days a week
A successful and thriving construction company are looking to add an experienced and professional administrator on their new development in Manchester.
Candidates must have experience in construction or site administration
Duties
* Review and amend, as required, existing Project documentation
* Ensure consistent management and administration of documentation
* Receive, Issue and Control Project documentation - new and updated
* Knowledge of document management systems
* Assist with Project managers diary's
* Ensure office is running effectively including ordering materials
* Liaising with contractors on updates
* Taking calls and directing any enquires
Skills
* Reliable and professional
* Organisation and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to follow process
* Experience working in construction
* Knowledge of MS office
Salary and hours
Depending on experience salary negotiable
Two days a week that are flexible
