Liverpool

Our client is a leading, award winning construction and development company who for the past 3 decades have delivered over £2 billion worth of developments resulting in 8,000 student beds currently let and managed within their portfolio. They are significantly expanding with a view to deliver another £1 billion of landmark schemes in student cities.



Due to continued growth they now have an opportunity for a Planner to join their planning department with key responsibilities to include:



* Liaise with clients and external planning consultants
* Provide planning services to projects and proposals
* Lead programme meetings
* Collate and validate project progress and report to the Construction Director
* Identify and manage project risk
* Ability to contribute to problem-solving
* Ability to produce detailed programmes and options quickly as required by clients
* Develop relationships with internal teams, consultants, clients, and suppliers
* Develop and maintain the contractor's plan in accordance with the contract
* Manage and control programme information
* Preparation of programme and method information
* Attend tender handover meetings, discuss the methodology and programme strategy
* Conduct programme audits as required by senior management and submit independent reports.
