Job Description

Planner/Administrator

Temporary- 6 months +

Warrington



I am looking for a planner to help with the routine plan of maintenance and repairs to help my client who is a successful housing group within a busy office environment.

The right candidate must have administrative experience and be confident working alone as well as a team this job will involve strong communication and problem solving, the ability to multi task.

With the role being office environment you must have keyboard skills and I.T literate and a quick learner.

Financial awareness of cost and income comparison and ability to identify Value for Money

Desirable

Good working knowledge of QL, DRS and First Touch

Technical knowledge associated with domestic Repairs and Maintenance and application of multi skilled resources.

Remuneration

Experience of working in a customer facing environment

This is a temporary but on going role and is an hourly pay of £10.50
