Planning and Performance Manager

Circa up to £47,585

Our client is a large Northwest based Housing Association who are recruiting a Planning and Performance Manager to work within their Property Services team. Reporting into the Head of Property Services, this position is responsible for ensuring that the repairs and facilities management teams deliver a market leading, innovative and customer focussed service providing outstanding leadership and effective resource management. This will be achieved by performance analysis and structured continuous improvement programmes.

This role will involve:

* Developing and managing an excellent service delivery through leadership of resource management, performance analysis, continuous improvement, contract management and administrative support
* Delivering an efficient cost-effective service with high levels of customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and colleague engagement, through detailed operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
* Working effectively with operational colleagues, stakeholders, external partners to develop operational and strategic approach to both responsive repairs and facilities management.
* Developing a medium and longer term objective for the management of the repairs and facilities management service
* Staff management, mentoring, supporting, and training where necessary
* Develop performance management systems with accurate data to monitor and review service delivery- managing any performance issues
* Identify key trends and opportunities to develop the service, utilising data and evidence
* Oversee service delivery and financial management of all performance management services
* Ensuring the effective handling and resolution of customer complaints
* Actively promote the performance team and service.

Essential Criteria:

* Educated to degree level with a relevant qualification in performance management and continuous improvement
* Previous experience of developing and managing a large-scale customer focussed resource planning service
* Experience of developing robust continuous improvement programmes
* Proven knowledge of contract management
* Ability to analyse and interpret data and business intelligence
