Job Description

I currently have an opportunity for a multi skilled Plumber to join a repairs and maintenance team for a mobile position working on social housing properties on reactive Maintenance

The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience in the maintenance of buildings, this will have ideally been gained working for a maintenance contractor although is not essential. Experience working within the social housing sector essential

Requirements:

* NVQ Plumbing
* Basic Joinery
* Substantial knowledge of general building maintenance trades
* Clean Drivers Licence

HOURS OF WORK

* Just to confirm it is a 39 hour working week and the working week consist of the following hours:
* 8-4:30 Monday- Thursday
* 8-3:30 Friday
