Procurement AdministratorStockport
A successful subcontractor who deal with commercial maintenance are looking for an experienced Administrator, the role will be based in their head office who have office in Stockport .
The role
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. The role involves dealing with invoices and PO numbers, cross referencing ensuring all details are correct. Dealing with materials and supplies in all departments. Chase suppliers for outstanding delivery notes
Keeping track of orders throughout the office and ensuring all paper work is up to date and in order. You will liaise with the senior management on any discrepancies.
This position also requires full administration support. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is essential
Skills required
* Highly Organised
* Full administration skills
* Experience dealing with invoices and PO numbers
* Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* A professional telephone manner.
* Be self-motivated and have a positive nature.
* Have experience in an office environment.
Onsite parking and pension scheme available.
Hours a Monday - Friday 09.00- 17.00pm
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
