Job Description

Building Careers are currently working with a social housing provider in North Wales.

Due to an increase in work, we are looking for a Project Administrator to work with the leadership team, support projects and provide administrative support.

Project Administrator - £25,000 per annum

Temporary 6 months - North Wales (Penygroes)

35 hours per week

Key responsibilities will include:

* Providing administrative support to the management team, managing diaries, arranging meetings, receiving, and responding to queries and complaints.
* Assisting with administrative support to the Governance and Compliance team.
* Carrying out all administrative arrangements and minute taking of meetings.
* Assisting the senior Governance Officer with the administration of the board, all correspondence and minute taking.
* Assist in organizing corporate events such as days off, staff events and other events as required.
* Assisting with the communications and marketing teams in ensuring effective PR such as coordinating regular networking events with the local businesses and community groups.
* Assist in completing the Governance and Compliance team with annual self-appraisals.
* Respond to internal and external queries professionally and promptly, being responsible for dealing with emails and issues arising.
* On occasion attending meetings outside of normal working hours.

Essential to have:

* NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent.
* Minute taking experience.
* Experience working with senior management, boards and committees.
* Must be able to facilitate problem solving / resolution techniques.
* Confident in the use of Office365 software including Teams, Word and Excel.
* Confident to assist with keeping project management documentation up to date eg chasing for info, updating records.

Welsh speaking is advantageous but not essential.
