Project Administrator

Manchester

Trafford

The ideal candidate will be methodical, professional, confident and of a cheerful disposition. Be flexible and self-motivated approach and able to work effectively to organise and deliver own workload, as well as enjoying working within the wider project and sustainability and administration team in the office and at the sites.

Job Purpose

The role of the Administrator is to support the Senior Project Manager and site team in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office and current work on-site.

Key Duties and Responsibilities



Office Administration



* Maintaining sufficient stationery stock levels in the office
* Maintaining monthly staff allocations liaising with various teams
* Maintaining the photocopiers, calling engineers when required and ensuring sufficient toners are in stock and recycled
* Maintaining and ordering sufficient catering supplies in the office
* Maintaining the office telephone system, updating the users and liaising with IT
* Providing general administrative support to the Site Team including general administrative duties required such as photocopying, typing, distributing internal information, updating induction information to data entry capture centre, archiving and other admin duties.
* Providing general reception and admin support
* Maintaining the general housekeeping of all common areas of the office
* Maintaining the recycling of paper and other recycled goods in the office
* Keeping local labour statistics up to date
* Updating community notice boards
* Collecting and updating information for the site league tables
* Creating opportunities for educational activities and events
* Liaising with the Sustainability team to meet site KPI's for the Social Value Plan.

This position is on a contract basis

Hourly rate of £12.50

30 hours a week
