Job Description

A leading Social Housing / Regeneration contractor based in the North West are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver a high rise EWI project in the Greater Manchester area.

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager you will be overseeing the refurbishment of 2 high rise tower blocks and will be responsible for leading a team of Site Managers, Site Supervisors, RLO's and subcontractors to deliver works on time and within budget.

Projects Manager Experience:

* Previous experience as a Contracts/Projects Manager on social housing projects
* Experience of successfully delivering high rise EWI schemes

Duties include:

* Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
* Focus on quality, customer service and delivery
* Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
* Client and tenant customer satisfaction
* Process Management
* Management of the customer / client liaison
