I am recruiting on behalf of my client who provides a fully integrated range of professional and contracting services. They provide a full range of specialist services to the built environment for the past 35 years, working alongside some of the UK's premier brands and leading blue chip organisations.

Working extensively across the commercial, banking and finance, public and community, retail and leisure sectors. Utilising their experience to develop bespoke solutions, responding to the changing needs of our clients and their customers and as a result, more than 70% of our revenue is generated from ongoing strategic partnerships.

Recruitment Need: Project Manager

Location: Gaydon Cat B Fit Out. Construction management contract £10m works

Start date: 15/10/18. The project extends to June 2019

Requirements: Very experienced individual with experience in project managing fit outs and cut and carve projects in live environment. The individual must be very client focused and be able to represent our client. Must be able to work autonomously. Our client is a very corporate company so they must be agile and non-resistant to change and compliance with protocol. They need to be able to plan and think and programme works. SMSTS Black Card and CSCS compulsory.

1 Permanent or fixed term contract depending on experience.
2 Must be IT literate be able to use MS project/Asta and Powerpoint well.
3 I would like this person to move onto other projects involving an element of new build and cut and carve in a live environment.
4 They will be managing our site team as well as logistically planning all day and night works including Client Direct Packages.
5 The need to be able to represent us in Client and Design Team meetings. This person needs to head this project.
6 This is a prestigious Client and one for which we are already discussing further opportunities.
7 Site Manager reporting to No 1 Senior Project Manager
