Our client are a Merseyside based Housing Association recruiting for their in-house new build housing division which specialises in affordable, social rented properties and homes for older people for predominately Housing Associations.

They have a strong pipeline of work and therefore require a Project Manager to join the team and take responsibility for a 8-storey steel frame development of apartments in Liverpool City Centre.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Organise the site so that work is carried out to the required standard and with minimum risk to the general public, supervisory staff, operatives, equipment, materials and the environment
* Regularly liaise with additional team managers, e.g., H&S Manager, Design Manager, Planning Manager etc.
* Regularly liaise with external parties such as local authorities and Building / Environmental control, service companies, sub-contractors etc.
* Schedule meetings with sub-contractors to monitor development progression
* Organise and attend routine progress meetings, providing and obtaining feedback when necessary
* Ensure Quality checklists are undertaken by additional Managers and Contractors
* Maintain up to date site records
* Arrange pre-contract meetings with contractors to discuss and subsequently check and monitor their working methods and other site requirements
* Regulations are observed and that all registers, records and reports are in order
* Ensure all site correspondence and record sheets are sent to Head Office on a weekly basis
