Project Manager - RC Framworks, Groundworks, Super Frame

Building Careers UK are currently looking to recruit for a Project Manager who specialises in RC Frame, Groundworks, and Super Frames based in the North West, for an RC Frame, Groundworks and Basement Contractor in the North West who deal with small and large scale projects.

The Company:

They undertake works in various locations and conditions, this included residential, leisure, retail and school projects. The Company has been running for almost 20 years and has 2 sectors that they cover in order to take on larger scale projects.

The company provides civil engineering services to most of the country and have three offices based around the North West.

The role:

*You will be preparing the pre-planning of works including, development of management of plans, procurement of plans, Materials and equipment, work briefing with the construction managers.

*Help secure subcontractors for the works packages eg: steel fixing, organising the falsework and the formwork for the project.

*Ensuring the right system are purchased to utilise, liaising with clients. Co-ordinating the design of the permanent works items between various design consultants and sub-consultants, Sub-structure reinforced concrete design, detailing and scheduling.

*Overseeing and managing the project engineer for technical compliance of permanent works items and delivery of the quality management system.

*Planning, programming, Rams and progress monitoring against contract and target programmes.

About you:

*In order to be considered for the role, you will have an engineering ground, be commercially aware and experienced in FRC Sub and SuperFrame Projects.

*You will have a portfolio of working with past superframe, ground works and RC projects that have been successfully completed.

*Relevant qualifications and Training for the role.
