A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor join this award-winning Developer / Contractor in the North West. This Developer / Contractor is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor who can run any of their developments up to £16m.

The Project Quantity Surveyor to join a well-known residential developer on large multiphase developments in either Warrington, Liverpool or Manchester.

Our client is a well-known and well respected residential developer / contractor that has a great reputation for a good working environment.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will need a good level of recent and relevant UK experience in a similar role working on construction / residential developments. You will have been working for recognised main contractors or developers and have seen projects from 'cradle to grave'.
