Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

A leading multidisciplinary Contractor with a turnover in excess of £100m are currently looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully completing projects from inception through to final account.

The company deliver new build and refurbishment projects throughout the North West from 3m to 25m across various sectors including Education, Commercial, Retail and High Rise Residential.

Due to the award of several new contracts and a strong order book of work they are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Surveyor to work on projects in either Manchester or Lancashire.

Reporting in to a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement of sub-contractors, preparation and submission of external applications for payment, agreement of Client variations, valuation and agreement of sub-contractor accounts. You will also be required to assist with the preparation of CVR reports, and the submission of monthly profit and loss reports.

Successful candidates will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and will have previous experience of working for reputable main contractors on a broad range of projects. You will also have experience of various forms of standard building contracts.
