Job Description
My client is a Manchester based housing association who has properties across the Greater Manchester areas as well as some properties outside of the North West area. Due to an internal restructure, we will be looking for a Compliance Project Surveyor to work alongside their Asset Management and Compliance team
We are looking for a qualified Building Surveyor with a broad knowledge of all 6 areas of compliance- Gas, Electric, Fire, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, and HHSRS.
This role will involve:
-Verifying assessments, cross referencing stock condition surveys and checking actions have been followed through.
-Looking at schemes/analysing current situation.
-Working with and meeting with contractors- inspecting works being carried out.
-Report Writing and capturing all data for the internal compliance teams.
This is an ongoing temporary position which requires someone with the ability to work with contractors and maximise output as well and liaising with customers and delivering a service of professionalism and safety.
