Property Management Surveyor

You will work as one of two General Practice Surveyors, working as part of an expanding Property Management team, which otherwise comprises Facility Management professionals managing large portfolios of student, residential and commercial spaces across the length and breadth of England and Scotland.



Key Responsibilities:



* Management of commercial and residential tenants and leases.
* Landlord and Tenant - lease renewals, assignment, surrenders, forfeiture.
* Agency - Leasing and letting of retail and office - marketing, lease negotiation, coordination through legal process to completion.
* Commercial Tenant management - keeping up to date records, lease set up, management of invoices and arrears.
* Residential Tenant management - managing the sales process of residential units, updating management records, collating and filing relevant documents, updating service charge accounts, management of invoices and arrears.
* Preparing legal documents for varying forms of occupation, in particular Nomination/ Lease/ Summer Let Agreements with Universities.
* Client liaison - providing updates, reports and recommendations.
* Rates management
* Ad hoc property advice/ assistance as required by seniors/ clients.



This is a fixed term contract based in Liverpool town, onsite parking provided



Salary negotiable depending on experience
