Our client is a multi-disciplined Sub-Contractor specialising in Façade systems within various sectors of industry including, High End Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Educational and Health throughout their 10-year establishment they've spearheaded the industry with dynamic approach and have built / maintained strong client relationships with some of the UK's largest construction firms.

They currently have an annual turnover of £20m and our clients' prime focus is on packages ranging anything from £1m to £5m, working within Northern counties.

About the Opportunity: Due to successful tendering and our client striving for business growth, there's a new opening for an experienced QA Manager within their Facades division.

The individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects with packages typically valuing between £500k to £3m.

You'll be working closely alongside the Design Manager to ensure each design is build-able as well as each Project Manager, managing the quality and handovers with each Client.

The role will be located across various sites, which are predominately in North West.


* Working alongside Design Manager at preconstruction stage.
* Managing / uploading records using software
* Troubleshooting any design and installation issues
* Reporting to Director
* Overseeing Snags and variations
* Client liaison
* Ensuring installation is carried out to safety guidelines
* Client handovers
* O&M Manuals

The guideline basic salary is £40,000 - £50,000

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience within QA Management working with a Facades specialist. Degree qualified preferred.

Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and keen to progress your career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.
