Job Description

Exciting, growing Residential New Build Developer requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an exciting commercial team on schemes in Sunderland.

Current Scheme

* 130 units - New Build - 2-year scheme (2021)
* 1, 2, 3 and 5 bedroom

They have built more than 1,500 new homes & have more than 200 members of staff across a range of disciplines including construction, sales and land planning and buying.

Essential Experience

* Experience with a residential developer or main building contractor
* Proven experience as a Lead Site QS
* Alternatively, may suit an Assistant QS looking to take a step up in their career.
* Relevant Qualifications and Site Certificates

Permanent Contract offering up to £50,000 circa package with additional benefits including Pension, Car allowance, Holiday & more.
