Quantity Surveyor - Sub Contractor

The Role - Quantity Surveyor They undertake a wide range of flooring schemes up to £5m in value across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, retail, education, residential and government buildings. Current workload is largely residential

You will be joining the project division - looking after the commercial aspects of flooring packages on construction schemes. You will be overseeing procurement applications, variations and CVR's

You will typically be overseeing the commercial aspects of up to 10 schemes, some larger, but average value is £500-750k

The right person - Quantity Surveyor You will be an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, from a sub-contractor background, ideally flooring or internal subcontractor background. You will be personable, client facing and ambitious

Salary up to £55k + 25 days holiday + pension
