Our client is a Greater Manchester based housing association who are looking for a Repairs Manager to join their team in Stockport

Reporting to the Senior Management you will be responsible for delivering an excellent responsive repair service to customers in the local area.

This role will involve:

* Work alongside current Repairs Managers to deliver responsive repairs
* Maintain a high standard of repairs ensuring all health and safety requirements are met
* Managing a Trade Supervisor as well as a team of operatives and contractors
* Act as the main point of contact for customers in relation to repairs and maintenance
* Develop and monitor performance, ensuring continual improvements in customer satisfaction

Essential Criteria:

* Previous experience of managing and leading a large-scale property maintenance service.
* Proven management skills- strategic and operational.
* Ability to manage and set complex budgets.
* A proven relationship builder and influencer with stakeholders.
* A Clean UK driving licence
* A SMSTS would be advantageous
